 Vision Statement

The Department of Minority Business Enterprise envisions a Commonwealth where a system of fair contracting and equal business opportunities exist for its small businesses, and especially for women- and minority-owned businesses.

 Mission Statement

Working collaboratively with public and private industries, the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise will aggressively pursue access to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s contracting opportunities for small, women- and minority-owned businesses and ensure fairness in the procurement process.
